How do I schedule a pickup from the provider portal?

Please follow the below instructions to schedule FedEx pickups from the provider portal:

1. Log into the Provider Portal using the following link

If you don't know your username and password, please contact our support team to reset your password at

2. Click on "Tool Center" tab and select "FedEx Pickup" to go on the FedEx Pickup System page.

3. To schedule a one time pickup, click on "Schedule New Pickup" button on the top right of the page.

4. On the "Schedule a Pickup" pop up window. Select the provider, verify address, edit address if necessary, select the pick up date, ready time and latest available time and click on "Schedule".

5. Once scheduled, the "Schedule a Pickup" window will close and you will see an entry for the scheduled pick up under the "Status"  section on the "FedEx Pickup System". You will be able to check the pick up confirmation number, the status of the pickup and also "cancel" scheduled pickups from this section.
