FedEx pickups can be scheduled directly within the Vibrant Provider Portal. This process allows users to arrange specimen shipments without leaving the portal, supporting consistent pickup coordination and streamlined logistics.
Scheduling FedEx Pickup
1. Log in to the Provider Portal.
2. Click on the Tool Center tab and select FedEx Pickup to go to the FedEx Pickup System page.
3. To schedule a one-time pickup, select the Schedule New Pickup button on the top right of the page.
4. On the Schedule a Pickup pop-up window, select the provider, verify the address, edit the address if necessary, select the pickup date, ready time, and latest available time, and click on Schedule.
5. Once scheduled, you will see an entry for the scheduled pickup under the Status section. You will be able to check the pick-up confirmation number, the status of the pickup, and also "cancel" scheduled pickups from this section.
