How to schedule recurring pickups from the provider portal?

Please follow the below instructions to schedule FedEx pickups from the provider portal:

1. Log into the Provider Portal using the following link

If you don't know your username and password, please contact our support team to reset your password at support@vibrant-wellness.com.

2. Click on "Tool Center" tab and select "FedEx Pickup" to go on the FedEx Pickup System page.

3. To schedule recurring pickups, click on "Manage Recurring".

6.  On the "Manage Recurring" page, select the  provider, verify the address of the clinic, under the "Recurring Time" section select "Add More" to schedule the recurring pickup.

7. On the next page, select the day of the week by clicking on "Pickup Date" drop down.

8. Select the "Ready time", "latest time available", "Start date" ,  "End Date" and click on "Schedule" to finalize the recurring pickup. You will need to repeat this step for other days for the week as per your requirement.

9. You can double check the schedule from the "Manager Recurring" page and also modify or remove by clicking on the "Edit"  or "Delete" button.

10. You will also be able to get an overview of the recurring pickups from the "FedEx Pickup System" page.
