How to Schedule Recurring Pickups from the Provider Portal?

Please follow the instructions below to schedule FedEx pickups from the provider portal.

 

1. Log in to the Provider Portal. If you don't know your username and password, please contact our support team to reset your password at support@vibrant-wellness.com.

2. Click on the Tool Center tab and select FedEx Pickup to go to the FedEx Pickup System page.

 

3. To schedule recurring pickups, click on Manage Recurring.

 

4. On the Manage Recurring page, select the provider, verify the address of the clinic, and under the Recurring Time section, select Add More to schedule the recurring pickup.

 

5. On the next page, select the day of the week by clicking on the Pickup Date drop-down. Then, fill out the required fields to finalize the recurring pickup. You will need to repeat this step for other days of the week as per your requirement.

 

You can double-check the schedule from the Manage Recurring page and also modify or remove it by clicking on the Edit or Delete button.

 

You will also be able to get an overview of the recurring pickups from the FedEx Pickup System page.
