How to Submit Feedback in the Provider Portal

All users are encouraged to give feedback in the portal. Users can submit original feedback, or engage with existing feedback by leaving a comment or upvoting the post.

 

Giving Feedback In the Portal: 

Select the Tool Center drop-down in the top menu of the portal. Then, select Give Feedback.

Choose the appropriate board. There are 3 boards to choose from:

Feature Requests: Feedback in relation to features and functionality within the Provider Portal

Integrations: Feedback in relation to integrating the Provider Portal with other applications

Products: Feedback in relation to testing and product offerings

 

Give the post a title and describe the request and attach any related documents. Once you write your feedback, select the appropriate category for your feedback, then select Create Post.

*Please do not include any personal patient information, including in attached documents.

 

Original posters, commenters, and voters will be notified via email when their feedback has been implemented. You are also able to view feedback from others and interact with other feedback posts, such as voting and commenting on posts.

 

Users are required to have an email associated with their account to submit feedback. If users do not have an email associated with their account, they will be prompted to connect one when they attempt to submit feedback.
