The feedback tool in the portal allows users to browse and interact with existing feedback from other users. Boards organize feedback into different areas. Each board has a different set of categories to further break down the information.

Finding Existing Feedback
1. Choose the board most relevant to the situation
2. Users can use the filters to filter feedback by status and category
3. Users can also search for existing feedback using the search bar
4. When a user starts typing a title, any related posts will populate below. If the same idea has already been posted, users should open the feedback post by selecting it and leaving their thoughts as a comment or upvoting the post.
Interacting With Existing Feedback
1. Choose the board most relevant to the situation
2. Use this button to upvote existing posts to increase their priority
3. Select anywhere on the feedback card to open the full details and interact further
Here users can see all of the voters, leave comments, and have conversations. When another user leaves a comment, the original poster will get a notification within the feedback tool.
This notification icon is where users will be notified when people are interacting with their posts. It shows users when someone has upvoted their post or left a comment. Users can also see development updates related to their posts.
