If you were not linked to your practice in the old portal, complete the sign-in process in the new portal to enter your email.
Ask the admin of your practice to add you as a provider in the practice and complete the sign-in instructions sent to you via email.
You will have two practice views, one that is your independent practice not linked to the other providers in your clinic with all of your old data, and a new practice view linked to all the providers in your practice.
Contact support to merge these practice views. You can switch between these two views using the profile control panel to access historical data until your support ticket is solved.
