An Accession ID is a unique code assigned to your test kit. It’s essential for logging into the MyWellness Patient Portal and accessing your test information.
🔍 Where to Find Your Accession ID
You can locate your Accession ID through the following methods:
1. Email from Vibrant Wellness

After ordering a test, you’ll receive an email from Vibrant Wellness.

Open the email and click the “Start in MyWellness” button.

Your Accession ID will be auto-filled.

Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth to log in.
2. QR Code on Your Test Kit

Locate the QR code sticker on your test kit materials.

Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.

Your Accession ID will be auto-filled. The number above the QR code is your accession ID.
