Add Additional Notification Emails
Keep your team in the loop with multiple notification recipients
Users can add up to five additional email addresses to receive notification emails from the portal. This ensures all relevant team members stay informed of order updates, results, and important communications.

How to Add Additional Notification Emails

Go to Settings > Personal Settings.

Navigate to the Practice Details section.

Under Contact, locate the Additional Notification Email field.

Enter up to 5 email addresses, separated by commas.

These addresses must be different from your main notification email.

Save your changes.
Once added, these email addresses will receive the same notifications as the main contact—no more missed updates or delays.
Note: This setting is user-specific and must be updated in Personal Settings, not Practice Settings. Each user can configure their own additional recipients.
