Practice admins can personalize the My Wellness experience to align with their brand and patient experience goals. To access these settings:
Navigation
Go to the Account dropdown (top right). Select Settings and Preferences. Click the My Wellness tab on the left.
Configure Subdomain and Branding
At the top of the My Wellness settings page:
- Subdomain Setup: Create a custom patient portal URL by entering a subdomain (e.g., mypractice). This will create a unique login link for your patients: mypractice.mypatienthubs.com.
- Logo Upload: Upload a practice logo to display in the My Wellness portal, the patient welcome letter, and order summaries.
- Logo Redirect URL: Enter a URL to redirect patients when they click the logo in the digital version of the portal (e.g., to the practice’s homepage).
Welcome Letter Customization
Below branding settings:
Custom Welcome Message: Add a message (up to 500 characters) that will be included in the automated welcome letter sent to patients.
Blood Draw Options
Further down the page:
In-Office Draw Options Toggle: Enable this to display in-office blood draw options to patients within the My Wellness portal. Preferred Draw Locations: Toggle on to activate this feature, then scroll down to add preferred mobile phlebotomists or draw site locations. These will appear to patients in addition to default options.
⚠️ If no preferred draw locations are configured, patients will see the standard Vibrant blood draw map with all available partner sites. In-office options will only display if the in-office draw toggle is enabled.
