How to add multiple notification emails

Overview

Users can add multiple email addresses to receive system notifications, ensuring that all relevant team members stay informed. This feature supports secure, team-based workflows without requiring shared logins or inboxes.

Where to Find It

Go to Settings in the Vibrant Portal. Select Practice Details from the menu. Scroll to the Contact section.

How to Add Emails

In the Additional Notification Email field, enter up to 5 email addresses. Separate each address with a comma. These must be different from the main notification email address.

Things to Know

System emails will be sent automatically to all listed addresses. This feature helps eliminate the need to manually forward messages. Providers and office staff can each receive updates without sharing login credentials.
