How can I make sure Vibrant Support doesn’t respond directly to my patients about test orders or report status?

Overview

The Restrict Support from Disclosing Order Information to Patients toggle is located in Settings → General Preferences → Patient Section. When enabled, Vibrant Support will redirect patient inquiries related to orders, TNP issues, or report statuses to the provider for follow-up, rather than responding directly. The toggle is off by default and can be enabled by providers who prefer to manage patient communication independently.

How to Access

  1. Go to Settings in the Profile Control Panel.
  2. Select General Preferences.
  3. Scroll to the Patient Section.
  4. Locate the toggle labeled Restrict Support from Disclosing Order Information to Patients.

What This Setting Does

When enabled, Vibrant Support will not provide patients with order or report details. Instead, patients will be redirected to the provider for any follow-up. When disabled (default setting), Support may respond directly to patients regarding basic order or report inquiries.
