How do Patients Create a MyWellness Account?

Patient Accounts in MyWellness allow patients to create login credentials to access their health information directly. Instead of using a guest login with email links or accession IDs, patients can now sign in with an email and password. A Forgot Password option is available to securely reset credentials if needed. The design supports both desktop and mobile access for a consistent experience across devices.

 

How to Create a Patient Account

  1. Navigate to the MyWellness login page.

  2. Select Create Account.

  3. Enter the required information including Accession ID, First & Last Name, and Date of Birth.

  4. Enter email and create password, then select Create Account.

 

How to Log In

Go to the MyWellness login page, and enter the email and password associated with your account.

 

Once inside MyWellness, select the Accession ID of the order you would like to view.

 

 

How to Reset a Password

  1. From the login page, select Forgot Password and enter the an email address. 

  2. Open the reset email and enter the code.

  3. Enter a new password and click Reset Password.

  4. Log in again using the updated credentials.

 

Guest Login

For patients who do not want to create a MyWellness account, they can sign into MyWellness using Guest Login. To use guest login, just enter the Accession ID and fill in the required fields, then select Login.
