Overview
The Bespoke Report Builder is a configurable reporting tool within the Vibrant Provider Portal that gives providers control over how test results are displayed and what recommendations are included. It allows users to define report defaults such as layout, order, style, and interpretive comment categories. This ensures that every report reflects the provider’s preferred communication style and clinical approach while maintaining a consistent, professional presentation.
Report Customization
The Bespoke Report Builder consolidates all report generation functions into one streamlined interface. Users can configure and save the following settings:
Report Style: Choose between Modern and Classic:
- Modern: Provides a visually enhanced layout with charts and color highlights, designed for faster understanding and a clean, modern look.
- Classic: Provides a traditional format using structured tables and detailed text, ideal for clear, comprehensive data review.
Report Content Settings: Choose between Markers Only and Descriptive:
- Markers Only: Displays marker names and values without any report comments or interpretations. Ideal for users who want raw data only.
- Descriptive: Includes marker information along with customizable report comments for a more interpretive, patient-friendly summary.
Recommendations: Include or exclude specific interpretive comment types such as supplements, pharmaceuticals, and dietary recommendations.
When a report is generated, the system automatically applies the provider’s saved preferences for both visuals and interpretive comments without requiring additional manual edits.
If preferences need to be updated, providers can return to the Bespoke Report Builder at any time to modify and re-save their settings. Updated preferences apply to all future reports.
How to Access Bespoke Report Builder
Navigate to Settings and Preferences under the Account Menu, then select Bespoke Report Builder.
Select which test reports to customize.
Configure preferred Report Style and Content Settings.
For further customization, open the Bespoke Report Builder to adjust content order, layout, and decide what content is displayed on the report. When finished, click Save to apply these defaults automatically for all future reports.
