How To Set Up 2 Factor Authentication?

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to Provider Portal accounts. Users can enable 2FA at any time through Settings & Preferences.

 

2 Factor Authentication in the Provider Portal

 

Open the Account Panel and Select Settings & Preferences

 

 

Select Account from the left menu.

Scroll down and select Two-Factor authentication and follow the prompts in the pop up menu.

 

 

2 Factor Authentication in MyWellness

Navigate to the Settings page, and select Two-Factor Authentication. Then select either Email for 2FA or Text for 2FA to complete the setup process.
