How to Request an EHR Integration?
Log in to the Provider Portal, and navigate to Settings & Preferences.
Select Third-Party Integration, then select the New Request button.
Follow all instructions and fill out the required fields in the request form, and submit.
Your integration request will be evaluated by the Vibrant Team. Once the integration is approved, it will appear under the EHR Integrations section.
Setting Up Calendar Integrations
Open the Profile Panel and select Settings & Preferences.
Select Third-Party Integration.
Select which calendar to sync to the Provider Portal. Follow the steps for each application to complete the syncing process.
Currently, the following calendar applications can be synced with the Provider Portal:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
