What is the Beta Opt-In Program?

The Beta Opt-In Program allows practices to participate in early access testing for new features and platform updates within the Vibrant Provider Portal. Enrollment is managed directly in portal settings, giving practices full control over participation.

How to Access Beta Settings

1. Log in to the Vibrant Provider Portal and navigate to Portal Settings

2. Under the General Preferences tab, locate the Beta Opt-In Program section.

Use the Beta Program toggle within Portal Settings. Switch the toggle on to enroll the practice in beta access. Switch the toggle off to opt out of beta access at any time. Changes take effect immediately at the practice level.

 

What to Expect After Opting In

Beta features may appear directly within existing portal workflows. Functionality released through the Beta Program may change as feedback is incorporated. Support resources may evolve as features progress toward general availability.

Beta enrollment applies at the practice level and affects all users within the practice account. Individual user-level enrollment is not supported.
