How do you sync calendar apps to the Provider Portal?

The Provider Portal allows providers to sync a 3rd party calendar to make managing appointments and meetings easier.

 

Syncing 3rd Party Calendar Apps

Open the Profile Panel and select Settings & Preferences.

 

Select Third-Party Integration.

 

Select which calendar to sync to the Provider Portal. Follow the steps for each application to complete the syncing process.

 

Currently, the following calendar applications can be synced with the Provider Portal:

  • Google Calendar
  • Microsoft Outlook
