What are Payment Plans?

Vibrant Wellness uses Splitit, a third-party payment plan provider, to offer payment plans within the Provider and Patient Portal. Eligible orders can be divided into 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments using an existing credit card. No credit checks or loans are required. Instead, Splitit authorizes the full purchase amount on the patient’s credit card and processes payments according to the selected payment schedule.

 

Where Payment Plans are Available

Payment Plan is available in the following areas:

  • Provider Portal: Available within the Patient Pay Now checkout flow and the Pay Bill module on Patient Profiles
  • MyWellness: Available as a payment method for patients by using Patient Pay Later

 

Using A Payment Plan

 

Provider Portal

Place order, then proceed to Checkout.

On the checkout screen, select Payment Plan.

 

Select the payment period, then proceed with checkout.

 

Have the patient fill out the required fields and complete the checkout process.

Log into the MyWellness Patient Portal. Once inside, select Make Payment.

Select your preferred plan and select Continue to Splitit.

Fill in the required information, and complete the checkout process.
