Vibrant Wellness uses Splitit, a third-party payment plan provider, to offer payment plans within the Provider and Patient Portal. Eligible orders can be divided into 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments using an existing credit card. No credit checks or loans are required. Instead, Splitit authorizes the full purchase amount on the patient’s credit card and processes payments according to the selected payment schedule.
Eligibility- Supported Card Networks
Splitit works with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Debit cards are not supported.
What Appears on the Credit Card Statement
Each monthly installment will appear on the patient's card statement as it is charged. The initial authorization may appear as a pending hold on the card before it settles.
Where Payment Plans are Available
Payment Plan is available in the following areas:
- Provider Portal: Available within the Patient Pay Now checkout flow and the Pay Bill module on Patient Profiles
- MyWellness: Available as a payment method for patients by using Patient Pay Later
Refunds
Refunds are subject to Vibrant's normal refund policy. A full refund can be initiated before the kit is shipped. If a refund is requested after a kit has been shipped, it may be subject to a kit fee.
Refunds are credited back to the same credit card used at checkout. If a partial refund is issued, future installments will be adjusted, paused, or cancelled depending on the refund amount and the patient's progress through the payment plan.
Using A Payment Plan
Provider-Initiated Payment Plans
Providers can set up a payment plan schedule for their patients if they choose the Patient Pay Now option when placing an order. Patient Pay Now means that the provider will make payment arrangements with the patient when the order is being placed, and the patient will not receive a link to make payment later when they leave the appointment.
- On the checkout screen, select Payment Plan

Splitit places a temporary hold on the credit card for the full purchase amount at checkout. The patient must have the full purchase amount available as credit on their card at checkout. It’s a hold, not a charge.
3. A secure page will open where the patient's credit card details should be entered
The patient will be charged the first payment the day the order is placed, and the subsequent payments each month until the full amount is satisfied. The full amount may show as a pending transaction on their credit card, but this is not a charge. This is a hold to confirm funds. Money does not leave the account until the monthly payment is charged. All transactions are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the patient's credit card issuer.
If the credit card balance is paid in full each month, the patient will not incur any interest. Interest will never be added by Splitit.
Patient-Initiated Payment Plans
Patients can initiate a payment plan if the provider chooses Patient Pay Later as the payment option during checkout. Patient Pay Later means that the patient will be sent a link to make payment after the provider places the order. 1. Log into the MyWellness Patient Portal. Once inside, select Make Payment.
2. Select Payment Plan and choose payment terms
