How do I share test results with my patients?

Providers can choose to share test results with patients automatically or manually through the Vibrant Portal.

To automatically release results as soon as they’re ready:

  1. Go to Patient Notification Settings under Notification Preferences in your provider account.

  2. Turn on the “Results are ready” setting.

  3. Once a report is finalized, patients will be notified by email and can view their results in the MyWellness patient portal.

To share results after reviewing them with a patient:

  1. Open the patient’s order from the Patients tab.

  2. Open the Personalized Report. They can also be shared directly from the Personalized Report Module.

  3. Select “Share Results” at the top of the report viewer.

  4. Confirm to make the report visible in the MyWellness portal and share via email.

This will share the version of the personalized report that has been opened by the provider.
