How do I share test results with my patients?

Providers can choose to share test results with patients automatically or manually through the Vibrant Provider Portal settings.

 

  1. Go to Settings & Preferences. 

  2. Under Notification Preferences, select Patient Notification Settings.

  3. Turn on the Results are ready setting. 

Once a report is finalized, patients will be notified by email and can view their results in the MyWellness patient portal.

 

Sharing Results With Patients

Open the patient’s order from the Patients tab.

 

Open the Personalized Report by selecting View. 

 

Select Share at the top of the report viewer. Confirm the email you want to send the results to, then select Confirm.

*This will share the version of the personalized report that has been opened by the provider.
