When placing orders, you can choose to save an order as a Draft so you can come back to it and make changes later.
Click on the Patient tab and find your patient. Then select Draft to view all order drafts.
By selecting Edit, you will be brought back to the Order Menu to modify the draft and complete the order. You can also choose to delete the draft and start over by selecting Delete.
