What do I do after I receive an invitation to join a Practice?

Once a Practice Admin has invited you to their Practice, you will be able to have your own individual provider login by signing up. 

After receiving an invitation to join a Practice, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your email inbox.

2. Look for an email by notification@vibrant-america.com.

3. In the email, click Create an Account.

4. If the email the Practice Admin used to invite you already exists in our system, you can skip the following steps and Sign In. (Upon signing in, you will be prompted to join the Practice upon every log in until the invitation has expired or you have joined the Practice.)

5. Verify if you are from the U.S. or not. If not from the U.S., skip to step 7.

6. Enter valid NPI number.

7. Fill out General Information.

9. Click Create Account.

10. Enter a password.

11. Click Continue.

You have successfully created a Provider account!
