Provider notifications can be set on both a provider level and a practice level. Only practice admins can change these settings at the practice level. These notification preferences allow you to specify when you would like to be notified via email regarding specific events or milestones for each order you place.
Adjusting Email Notification Preferences
1. From the dashboard, select the user in the upper right-hand corner, and select Settings & Preferences.
2. Select Notification Preferences.
Practice Vs. Personal Settings
Practice Settings: Settings that apply across the entire practice, and can only be changed by a Practice Admin.
Personal Settings: Settings apply only to an individual user. Other users will not be affected by Personal Settings changes, and these settings can be changed at any time without the need for a Practice Admin.
If you cannot make changes to your personal settings, please contact your practice admin.
Users can also choose to adopt the default Practice Settings for their own use.
Some settings will allow users to change the duration of certain notifications for a specific number of days.
