For patient kit requests, you can monitor the status of the kit and the processing status at any time within the Provider Portal.
Viewing the Estimated Date of Report
1. Log in to the Provider Portal using the following link
2. Click on the Patient tab at the top of the page.
3. Search for your patient profile. You will find the EDR of the order under the "Report Status" column.
Note : Report will remain under pending status until it's paid.
