For patient kit requests, you can monitor the status of the kit and the processing status at any time within the Provider Portal.
Viewing the Estimated Date of Report
Click on the Patient tab at the top of the page. Then, search for the Patient Profile.
You will find the EDR of the order under the "Report Status" column.
Note: The report will remain pending until the order has been paid.
