The Updates section in the Vibrant Wellness Ordering Portal consolidates all patient and order updates into a single, accessible location. On the home page users are alerted when progress is made on an order, flag, or an issue arises. When an update is selected, the associated patient profile will open in a new tab with more detail.
Update Tabs
The Updates section organizes information into four tabs for easier navigation and management:
Issues: Displays all order-related issues, including billing, shipping, and missing information.
Reports: Provides access to submitted and completed reports related to provider or patient activity.
Operation: Contains system and workflow updates used for administrative management.
Archived: Allows users to set aside specific orders to review or address later without removing them from the Updates section.
Filters
Filters allow users to sort record updates by issue type for more precise organization.
Under the Issues tabs, the following filters will be available:
TNP Issue: Orders with a Test Not Performed issue and require a redraw.
Billing Issue: Payment or invoicing issues.
Shipping Issue: Delayed or missing shipments.
Partial Receive: Orders with multiple kits being received.
Missing Information Issue: Incomplete patient information.
Waive Form Issue: Pending consent or waiver documentation.
Incomplete Questionnaire: Unfinished required questionnaires.
Under the Reports tab, the following filters will be available:
Report Available: Displays orders with completed reports that are ready for review or download.
Report Amended: Displays reports that have been updated or corrected after initial release.
Under the Operation tab, the following filters will be available:
Orders: Displays updates related to order processing, fulfillment, or administrative review.
Shipping: Displays orders that are in transit, have been received, or are pending confirmation.
Under the Archived Tab, the following filters will be available:
Issues: Displays archived updates showing items that need attention due to billing, shipping, or missing information.
Reports: Displays updates for completed or amended reports that have previously been archived.
Orders: Displays orders by order updates.
Shipping: Displays orders by shipment status.
