Where are the old reports?

The legacy reports are being replaced with our new and improved Personalized Reports.

The "New Report" button in the Patients tab opens the latest version of our reports.

The Legacy Summary Report Has Been Upgraded

The legacy summary report will be replaced by the new summary report, a component of the new Personalized Reports, which can also be found in the Personalized Reports module. 

 

For a limited time, users can still access the legacy Complete Report in the Complete Patient Lab Profile: 

1. Select a service date to open the Patient Lab Profile to show the associated Sample Profile 

2. Select the Test Report tab

3. Choose to view, download, or share the legacy "Complete Report"

Your insights are crucial as we prepare to retire the legacy Complete Report. We'd like to encourage you to familiarize yourself with the new personalized reports and provide your feedback directly through the portal.
