To comply with regulations, patients' state of residence is required to place Patient Pay Now orders. When Patient Pay Now is chosen as the payment method for a patient without an address a pop-up allows the patient's address to be entered quickly. Providers who wish to have their patients enter their own address details are only required to enter the state in which the patient lives. The Express Checkout setting will not affect this pop-up.
