Getting started with Vibrant is designed to be straightforward. Creating an account and placing a first order in the Provider Portal allows providers to begin ordering tests, managing patients, and tracking orders from a single, centralized platform.
Creating a Vibrant Wellness Account
If you are the first provider in your practice to sign up for a portal account, visit the Provider Portal to begin the sign up process.
If you are joining a pre-existing practice, contact your practice administrator to be invited to the practice account.

1. Complete the required information fields.
Users located in the United States must enter an individual NPI to place orders.
2. Once the information has been submitted, create your password and return to the Sign In page.
Add A Patient
1. Sign in to your portal account and navigate to the Order Tab to add a new patient.
2. With your patient created, scroll down to find the At home toggle which allows you to see tests eligible for at-home collection. Add tests to your cart and change the delivery method or payment method if necessary.

Delivery Methods
- Supplied by Office: You have Vibrant kits in stock at your office and give to patients in-person.
- Ship to Patient: Vibrant will ship the test kit to your patient.
Payment Methods
- Provider Office Bill: Your credit card is applied and you pass the charge to the patient at a later time through their regular bill.
- Patient Pay Now: You collect the patient's credit card details now while you place the order
- Patient Pay Later: Payment instructions will be emailed to the patient. Payment must be completed to process the kit.
You can also add a note to the patient or apply any coupon codes and complete the order.
