What are International Import and Export Fees?

Import and export fees are charged when a ship-to-patient order is placed for a patient who lives outside of the United States. The import fee applies to receiving the kit, and the export fee applies to returning the kit. Actual fees charged vary based on location.

Providers can avoid import and export fees for their patients by ordering kits in bulk and selecting "Kit supplied by Office" as their delivery method. Return labels also need to be ordered in bulk.

Contact your sales rep for more information about bulk ordering.
