If a patient does not complete the optional questionnaire, their lab results will still be processed and delivered as normal. There is no delay or disruption to the testing process.
The optional questionnaire allows for additional personalization of the report, helping to align findings with patient-reported symptoms. While this added context can enhance interpretation, the results are still accurate and complete without it.
Providers can be assured that all lab results are valid and reliable, regardless of whether the questionnaire is completed.
Some questionnaires are required to complete lab results, and will have a missing questionnaire issue flag on the Patients tab.
