Only the Order Summary is available for download with WellProZ orders. The Lab Receipt and Lab Statement options are not available because payment details for these orders are stored in Well ProZ.
How to Download the Order Summary
- Navigate to the Statements page in the top navigation bar.
- Locate the WellProZ order you want to review and click the checkbox to the left.
- With the order(s) selected, click the Download button and select Order Summary from the drop down menu.
