The Order Page is designed to prevent errors by automatically disabling test combinations that measure the same markers. Ordering both would result in users paying for the same markers twice and receiving duplicate results in the same order. When a conflicting test is selected, the system deselects and grays out the other option so users only place accurate, non-duplicated orders.
Conflicting Test Combinations
Fatty Acids: Omega-3 & 6 vs. Nutrient Panels
- If a Nutrient Panel (Micronutrients, NutriPro, or NutriProZ) is selected first, Fatty Acids will be automatically deselected and grayed out.
- If Fatty Acids is selected first and a Nutrient Panel is chosen afterward, Fatty Acids will be deselected and grayed out.
If the Nutrient Panel is later unselected, Fatty Acids will become available again.
Micronutrients vs. NutriProZ Starter Plan
The NutriProZ starter plan contains Micronutrients markers in addition to genetic testing.
- If the NutriProZ Starter Plan is selected first, Micronutrients will be deselected and grayed out.
- If Micronutrients is selected first and the NutriProZ Starter Plan is chosen afterward, Micronutrients will be deselected and grayed out.
- If the NutriProZ Starter Plan is later unselected, Micronutrients will become available again.
This functionality ensures accuracy in pricing, prevents duplicate charges, and streamlines the ordering process.
