There are two ways you can access your order summary:
Email Confirmation
From the order confirmation notification email that you received. This email will contain the order summary as an attachment with instructions on how to open and view it.
MyWellness Portal:
Go to the MyWellness Patient Portal.

Sign in to MyWellness with your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, you can use Guest Login. Enter your Accession ID, first name, last name, and date of birth. Click Log In.

Select the Accession ID associated with your order.
Select View Order Summary.
