Settings and Preferences Overview

Your Vibrant experience can be improved by customizing your settings and preferences.

Navigating to Settings and Preferences

1. Select the Profile Control Panel in the upper right corner on the dashboard

2. Select "Settings & Preferences"

Account Roles and Permissions

There are two kinds of Vibrant Portal accounts.

1. Practice Admins: Can take actions on behalf of all providers, manage providers, and set practice level default settings/ Preferences. The "apply to every provider toggle" will set a practice wide default and override and personal level settings. If toggle is off, Practice Admins may still specify practice settings that providers may opt-in to on a personal level if Practice Admins still want to give Providers a choice.

2. Provider Accounts: Can only view/ manage their own patients. Can only change personal settings/ preferences if practice default has not been set by Practice Admin
