In addition to seeing the "New Report" update in the Updates section and Patients tab, users can enable a setting that will email them when redraw results are ready. This setting applies to both complete results and redraw results. The "New Report" Update in the portal does not differentiate between redraw results and complete results. When the setting is turned on, users will receive a different email notification for redraw results and complete results.
- To turn this setting on, navigate to the Profile Control Panel and select Settings & Preferences.
- Select Notification Preferences
- Scroll to "Test results are ready" under Notify Me When and make sure the toggle is in the "On" position.
