How do I set up automatic questionnaire reminders for patients?

Automatic patient questionnaire reminders can be configured in the Notify Patient When Notification Preferences section found in Settings & Preferences. The Updates section on the Dashboard will show orders with a missing questionnaire. Not all tests require a questionnaire. 

To Set Up Automatic Patient Questionnaire Reminders: 

  1. Open the Profile Control Panel
  2. Select Settings & Preferences
  3. Select Notification Preferences
  4. Scroll to Questionnaires have not been completed - here users can enter the number of days between automatic patient reminder emails. These reminder emails will continue every X number of days until the questionnaire has been completed. The timer for these reminders will not start until payment for the order has been received.
